Refund Policy

All sales are final. Sage Quest does not offer refunds for Premium subscriptions once payment has been completed.

Try Before You Subscribe

We encourage you to use Sage Quest as a free member before upgrading. The free tier gives you full access to courses and game modes with a daily play limit so you can decide if the service is right for you. If you enjoy the experience, you can then subscribe to Premium for unlimited play and additional features.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium is an annual subscription. By purchasing, you agree that the fee is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, unused time, or change of mind. Subscription cancellations will stop future renewals but do not entitle you to a refund for the current period already paid.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only where required by law or in the case of a clear billing error (e.g., duplicate charge). If you believe you were charged in error, contact us with your transaction details and we will review.
