Account and profile. When you sign up with Google, we receive your email address and display name (and optionally your profile photo). When you complete your profile, we store your chosen display name, school, and degree program.

Usage and progress. We store your study progress, including courses completed, quests played, experience points (XP), level, streak, and daily play time. This lets us provide your dashboard, enforce free-tier limits, and show your history.

Payment. If you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details; we receive and store only what is needed to link your subscription to your account (e.g., subscription status and identifiers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the service: to authenticate you, show your progress, apply free vs. premium limits, process subscriptions, and communicate with you about your account or the service when necessary.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud). We use industry-standard security practices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use authentication and session-related technologies necessary to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We may use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can stop using the service at any time. Account deletion requests can be sent to the contact address provided on our website.
